Justin Woolford
Principal / Property Manager
Justin's official journey in the Real Estate industry began in 2016, working with Commercial Landlords in managing their properties within the City of Port Lincoln. Being exposed to all aspects of the business, Justin pursued Property Management as his primary work focus.
Justin has developed his people and relationship management skills over the last two decades, having worked in State Government, Emergency Services and Finance industries. This background is emphasised by skills in Asset Management and Risk & Compliance and Risk Assessments.
Along the way Justin has picked up a number of qualifications to validate his commitment to Continuous Learning:

Amanda Wait
Administration
Amanda's background as a Port Lincoln local has always been on People and Customer Service. Having previous experience in the hospitality and childcare industries, Amandas focus is now in management and administration.
These skills are reinforced with Amanda completing her Certificate III in Childcare and spending 6 months placement in Adelaide, gaining valuable skills in caring for at-risk children.
Amanda manages the website, social media and marketing aspects of Lincoln Property Management, along with all administration tasks that falls a small business's way.
