Hi, I'm Justin – Owner and Principal Property Manager here at Lincoln Property Management.
My journey in the real estate industry officially began in 2016, managing commercial properties on behalf of landlords across the City of Port Lincoln. Through that experience, I was exposed to all aspects of property management, which led me to focus my career entirely in this field.
Over the past two decades, I’ve built strong skills in people and relationship management, drawing from my background in State Government, Emergency Services, and the Finance sector. These roles helped me develop a solid foundation in Asset Management, Risk & Compliance, and conducting Risk Assessments – all of which continue to support my work in property management today.
I'm a firm believer in continuous learning and professional development, which is why I’ve gained several qualifications over the years, including:
